Soybean oil is known to be high in good fats, low in bad fats, and loaded with omega 3 fatty acids as well as vitamin E.  When used in moderation (as all oils should be), soybean oil can lead to a healthier lifestyle

Here are some additional facts about soybean oil that are helpful:

  • Mostly consists of polyunsaturated fats, which are linked to lower cholesterol levels and a reduced risk of heart disease
  •  Contains omega-3 fatty acids, which play a key role in promoting health and preventing chronic disease
  •  Helps promote the absorption of health-promoting carotenoids and fat-soluble vitamins
  •  Rich in vitamin K, which may help maintain bone strength and reduce the risk of fractures
