We currently offer shipping options from the US Postal Service

 

Do you ship internationally?

Due to unpredictable COVID related shipping conditions and delays, we no longer offer international shipping

 

How long do Health Nut dressings last once opened?

We print each of our bottles with a "best by" date. To ensure the best quality, consume the product by that date regardless of whether it's been stored in the fridge or unopened on your pantry shelf, but we recommend placing it in the fridge as soon as it is received

 

What's in your dressings?

Our dressings contain soybean oil and apple cider vinegar as a natural preservative, mixed with various spices, depending on which one you choose. For more information, please check the nutrition facts included in each individual dressing’s page

 

What are your most popular dressings?

Our best sellers include the Original House, Spicy Asian, and Sesame 

 

Which dressings come with your most popular salads?

A majority of our salads come standard with our Original House dressing.  Our best-selling Noodlerama comes with our Spicy Asian dressing, while our very popular Chinese Chicken salad comes with our Sesame dressing. All our dressings can be a delicious complement to any of our menu items!

 

Do any of your dressings contain nuts?

Our dressings do not contain any nuts

 

Are Health Nut dressings vegan/gluten-free/non-GMO?

Yes, our dressings are vegan, gluten-free and non-GMO (excludes Ranch).

 

 Do your dressings contain any preservatives?

Our dressings contain apple cider vinegar which is a natural preservative.  We don't add any other artificial preservatives or additives

 

Why does Health Nut use soybean oil in salad dressings?

Soybean oil is known to be high in good fats, low in bad fats, and loaded with omega 3 fatty acids as well as vitamin E.  When used in moderation (as all oils should be), soybean oil can lead to a healthier lifestyle

Here are some additional facts about soybean oil that are helpful: 

  • Mostly consists of polyunsaturated fats, which are linked to lower cholesterol levels and a reduced risk of heart disease
  •  Contains omega-3 fatty acids, which play a key role in promoting health and preventing chronic disease
  •  Helps promote the absorption of health-promoting carotenoids and fat-soluble vitamins
  •  Rich in vitamin K, which may help maintain bone strength and reduce the risk of fractures
