Tuna Avocado Salad
- 2 5-oz cans albacore tuna, drained
- ¼ cup mayonnaise
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 head lettuce
- 1 cup sprouts
- 1 avocado, sliced
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- ¼ cup sunflower seeds

- Add drained tuna to a bowl and mash with a fork. Stir in mayo, salt, pepper, garlic powder and onion powder.
- Assemble salad with a scoop of tuna salad, sprouts, avocado, tomatoes, sunflower seeds and drizzle with dressing.
