Sesame Steak Salad
- 1 lbs flank steak
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 5 oz (1 box) arugula
- 1 cup shredded carrot
- 1 cup thinly sliced mini cucumber
- ⅔ cup thinly sliced radish
- ¼ cup fresh cilantro leaves
- 1 cup cashews
- 2 oz Health Nut Sesame Dressing
- lime wedges and sesame seeds

- Preheat grill to medium-high (~450˚F).
- Season flank steak with salt and pepper on both sides.
- Grill flank steak for about 4 minutes on each side, or until the steak reaches an internal temperature of 130˚F for medium rare.
- Remove steak from the grill, cover with aluminum foil and let rest for 10 minutes before slicing against the grain.
- Assemble the salad with arugula, shredded carrot, cucumber, radishes, cilantro, cashews and steak. Drizzle with sesame dressing. Garnish with lime wedges and sesame seeds.
