Shrimp Stir Fry
- 1 lbs raw shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 ea head of broccoli, chopped into florets
- 1 cup sugar snap peas
- 1 ea red bell pepper, cut into strips
- 4 cloves minced garlic
- 1 tbsp minced ginger
- ½ cup Health Nut Spicy Asian Dressing
- 1 tbsp cornstarch
- scallions and sesame seeds

Directions
- Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add in shrimp and cook for about 2 minutes on each side. Remove from the pan and set aside.
- Add in the broccoli, snap peas, pepper, garlic and ginger.
- Sauté for about 6-8 minutes, stirring often to prevent burning. Add the shrimp back to the skillet.
- In a bowl, whisk together the spicy asian dressing and the cornstarch.
- Add to the skillet and reduce heat to low. Cook for 1-2 minutes, until the sauce thickens slightly. Serve warm garnished with scallions and sesame seeds.
