    Shrimp Stir Fry

    Time: 45 minutes

    Ingredients
      • 1   lbs  raw shrimp, peeled and deveined
      • 1   tbsp  sesame oil
      • 1   ea  head of broccoli, chopped into florets
      • 1   cup  sugar snap peas
      • 1   ea  red bell pepper, cut into strips
      • 4   cloves  minced garlic
      • 1   tbsp  minced ginger
      • ½   cup  Health Nut Spicy Asian Dressing
      • 1   tbsp  cornstarch
      For serving:
      • scallions and sesame seeds
    Directions
    1. Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
    2. Add in shrimp and cook for about 2 minutes on each side. Remove from the pan and set aside.
    3. Add in the broccoli, snap peas, pepper, garlic and ginger.
    4. Sauté for about 6-8 minutes, stirring often to prevent burning. Add the shrimp back to the skillet.
    5. In a bowl, whisk together the spicy asian dressing and the cornstarch.
    6. Add to the skillet and reduce heat to low. Cook for 1-2 minutes, until the sauce thickens slightly. Serve warm garnished with scallions and sesame seeds.
